Responsibilities
As a Remote BCBA, you will:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct caregiver training and parent coaching via Telehealth
- Review treatment data and update programming
- Complete assessment reports, progress reports, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements
- Participate in clinical meetings and case consultations
Qualifications Required
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current California resident
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Excellent clinical writing and communication skills
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Comfortable using Telehealth and electronic documentation systems
Preferred
- 1+ year of BCBA experience
- Experience with:
- Rethink Behavioral Health
- Vineland-3
- AFLS
- ABLLS-R
- VB-MAPP
- Early Intervention
- Social Skills Programs
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tagalog, or other languages) are encouraged to apply.
