Cage Cashier and Caesars Rewards Representative - Full-Time (Horseshoe LV)

<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>The Cage Cashier and Caesars Rewards representative is responsible for safeguarding company assets while adhering to all company policies, departmental procedures, and applicable gaming regulations. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, explaining casino programs and promotions to guests, and maintaining accuracy in all financial transactions.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide courteous and efficient customer service in accordance with established standards.</li><li>Accurately process customer transactions, including exchanging chips and cash equivalents for cash.</li><li>Perform all cage functions with precision, including but not limited to:</li><li>Establishing and verifying customer credit lines.</li><li>Communicating credit information to appropriate personnel.</li><li>Executing pit fills and credits seamlessly.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with team members within the department and across other departments to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Maintain compliance with all internal controls and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Must be able to execute all cage cashier functions to include but not limited to:</li><ul><li>Cage Marker issuance/redemption </li><li>Front Money Deposits/Withdrawals</li><li>Customer Incentives</li><li>Title 31</li><li>R/S ticket redemptions</li><li>Answer telephones</li><li>Travelers' checks</li><li>Issue Total Rewards cards</li><li>Wire transfers</li><li>Casino Credit Applications</li><li>Self-Redemption units </li><li>Chip redemptions</li><li>Check Cashing</li><li>Credit Card Cash Advance</li><li>Coupon redemption</li><li>Fast Cash redemption</li><li>Numerous bank accountabilities</li><li>Foreign currency</li></ul><li>Deliver exceptional guest service with urgency and professionalism; serve as a role model for Caesars Rewards and customer service.</li><li>Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to all departmental and company policies.</li><li>Adapt quickly to changing business needs and attend required meetings and training sessions.</li><li>Effectively promote Caesars Rewards benefits and offer the Caesars Rewards Visa to every guest.</li><li>Cross-sell property amenities and events and execute promotions accurately.</li><li>Create and maintain accurate customer accounts while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.</li><li>Collaborate with team members and support departments to enhance player satisfaction.</li><li>Communicate relevant information clearly to coworkers and management to ensure consistency and prevent issues.</li><li>Comply with all state, federal, and regulatory requirements.<br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a NV Gaming License.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, computer programs, 10-key calculator</li><li>Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and guest service skills</li><li>Ability to remain composed and professional in all situations</li><li>Well-groomed appearance to promote a positive image</li><li>Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English<br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Must be able to stand for long, extended periods of time.</li><li>Must be able to lift to 35 pounds.</li><li>Must be able to push/pull heavy carts on the casino floor.</li><li>Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at the assigned area.</li><li>Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.</li><li>Must be able to work in moderate to loud noise conditions.<br><br></li></ul><strong>About Us<br><br></strong>For over 30 years we’ve set the standard now you can too.
