Store 2709029: 328 E 16th St, Yuma, Arizona 85364<h1>Shift Availability</h1>Flexible (Days, Evenings, Overnights + Weekends) Job TypeJob Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available.</li><li>Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash.</li><li>Field customer inquiries.</li><li>Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.</li><li>Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay.</li><li>Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li><li>Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.</li></ul>Duties and Job Breakdown Percentages:70% Customer Interaction20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)5% Opening/Closing Procedures5% Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily DutiesJob Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills including active listening.</li><li>Excellent sales and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to anticipate customer needs.</li><li>Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.</li><li>Ability to work as a team.</li><li>Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.</li><li>Strong work ethic and professional attitude.</li></ul>EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>Customer service and some sales experience preferred.</li></ul>PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. This person must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols which means this person will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.SUPERVISION RECEIVED:The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision.
