Midnight Pony Express is hiring CDL-A drivers to run dedicated Amazon Freight routes out of Las Vegas. You'll be home the next day after every run - no long-haul, no extended time away from family.

Compensation: Starting at $51,000 - $60,000 annually, with benefits and bonus eligibility
Bonus Eligibility: Up to $500 in Safety and Performance Incentives during your first 12 months, subject to MPE qualification requirements. Eligibility normally begins after 90 days; early qualification may apply. Referral and clean DOT inspection incentives also available. Terms apply.
Schedule: Consistent weekly schedule options, including Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday

What You'll Do

Haul Amazon freight on dedicated regional routes

Run Solo 2 routes designed to return home the next day - these are single runs and NOT team runs

Work a minimum of 39 scheduled hours per week, with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime when available
Communicate with dispatch and follow Amazon Relay, DOT, yard, and safety procedures
Help MPE deliver safe, secure, professional, and on-time service every run

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Valid Class A CDL
Must pass DOT physical
Must pass pre-employment drug screen
Must successfully pass background and driver qualification review
No current CDL suspension or revocation
Clean MVR and acceptable driving record
Must be able to speak, read, and write English as required by DOT/FMCSA regulations
Must be able to use handheld technology, smartphone applications, GPS, and Amazon Relay
Must be safety-minded, dependable, professional, and willing to follow dispatch, yard, DOT, and customer procedures
