About the role and team The team is looking for a strategic seller to be a member of Uber Ads Health & Personal Care (HPC) team. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for building mutually beneficial Ads partnerships with Pharmaceutical Brands. You will lead the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top tier brands and drive the adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners to consistently deliver on our partner's needs. You will report to the Team Lead HPC, Uber Advertising.

What You'll Do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners' needs and exceed quarterly growth goals.

• Build relationships with the Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision-makers within partner organizations including their agencies of record

• Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations.

• Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across the Product, Marketing, and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs.

• Expand ads product adoption. Communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offering.

• 4 years' experience

• Ideally have worked with traditional CPG Personal Care, Household Essential or Pharmaceutical Brands in your current or most recent organization

• Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity

• Comfortable with cold calling new accounts and networking at events

• Agile, and ability to adapt quickly to challenges

• Strong acumen with Salesforce, Excel.

• 5+ years of enterprise digital advertising sales experience with large, complex brands.

• Experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales

• Deep understanding of the traditional CPG or Pharmaceutical categories with proven success partnering with those brands.

• Experience selling ads solutions to large, complex brands or organizations

• Strategic sales planner skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and data-driven storytelling to influence decision-makers.

• Experience with selling 1P and 3P audience targeting capabilities to Fortune 500 companies.

• Strong leadership and account management capabilities.

• Proficient in Salesforce and Excel; AI Tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT

The cash variable incentive target is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.
