We even hosted a Rom-Com Movie Night just for staff!<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What you'll do<br><br></strong><strong>Essential Functions<br><br></strong><ul><li>Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li>Design and oversee evidence-based programming using ABA principles (DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.)</li><li>Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs on intervention plans and data collection systems</li><li>Ensure ongoing progress monitoring, data analysis, and goal refinement</li><li>Collaborate with assistant supervisors, school psychologists, educators, and administrative teams to implement behavior support plans</li><li>Support trauma-informed and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) practices</li><li>Lead team trainings and contribute to clinical program development</li><li>Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical consultation within school settings as needed</li><li>Provide remote clinical guidance to technicians supporting clients who display physical aggression, self-injury, or other challenging behaviors<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Functions<br><br></strong><ul><li>Actively communicates Autonomous Behavior Solutions' outreach efforts to the community</li><li>Responds to referrals for service in a timely and appropriate manner</li><li>Participates in professional meetings or conferences beneficial to program development</li><li>Adheres to the mission, vision, and values of Autonomous Behavior Solutions<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What you'll bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field</li><li>Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB®</li><li>At least 5 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA settings, including at least 1 year providing remote supervision</li><li>Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and experience with FBA/BIP development</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>A commitment to cultural responsiveness, ethical practice, and family-centered care</li><li>Must reside in California and be able to pass a criminal background check and Live Scan<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Schedule and work environment<br><br></strong><ul><li>Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week, 3-5 hours of non-billable hours per week. </li><li>Sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM; your hours will fall within that window based on caseload and client availability. Must be available during peak hours, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. </li><li>This is a fully remote, telehealth-based role. You'll supervise clients receiving services in home, school, and clinic settings, but your work is conducted remotely</li><li>Requires a private, HIPAA-appropriate workspace and reliable high-speed internet</li><li>Frequent virtual interaction with families, technicians, educators, and allied professionals</li><li>Primarily sedentary work at a computer, with extended periods of video-based supervision and consultation<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Pay and equal opportunity<br><br></strong>The pay range for this position is <strong>$50.00 – $65.00 per hour</strong>.
