Prefer: Certified Dietary Manager certification or degree in food science/nutrition related field. Prefer: one year education in nutrition/food service related field. </li></ul>Experience <ul><li>Required: One year food service supervisory experience in a hospital or other facility with a similar size food production service, including training and counseling employees, operating food service equipment and knowledge of basic cooking principles, diets and patient care required (or current NRHS food service employee with minimum of one year food service experience at NRHS). Experience requirement not required for applicants who meet the education requirement (CDM or DTR or related degree) </li></ul>Licensure/Certification <ul><li>Must obtain a food handler's permit from the Cleveland County Health Department before hire or within one week of hire. </li></ul>Work Shift Day
