Our mission is to fuel community economies by delivering reliable, on‑demand solutions that make everyday life easier. With a rapidly expanding footprint across the United States, arenaflex is committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and high‑performing workforce that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Why This Role Matters

As a Customer Care Specialist you will be the voice of arenaflex for thousands of small‑ and medium‑sized business (SMB) partners. This is a unique opportunity to launch a rewarding career in a fast‑growing tech environment—no degree or prior experience required. We provide a structured, hands‑on training program that equips you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become a trusted advisor for our partners.

Role Overview

Working remotely, you will join the Partner Enablement & Training Team to deliver onboarding, product education, and ongoing support to arenaflex’s SMB reputed company. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders, product managers, and learning designers to create and execute enablement initiatives that drive partner success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with partners to identify training and enablement needs across sales processes, product usage, and workflow automation.
  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve a variety of learning experiences—including live webinars, on‑demand video modules, LMS courses, playbooks, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions.
  • Break down complex projects into actionable steps, gather feedback, and iterate on training content to ensure relevance and impact.
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to maintain a seamless onboarding journey from new‑hire training to ongoing skill‑building.
  • Enhance the existing onboarding curriculum with supplemental programs such as 1:1 mentorship, manager support, and “office‑hours” style Q&A sessions.
  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert on arenaflex’s products, processes, and best practices for all SMB sales representatives.
  • Champion a culture of knowledge sharing by facilitating cross‑functional workshops, “lunch‑and‑learn” events, and internal knowledge‑base contributions.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to keep training content fresh and forward‑thinking.
  • Collect and analyze performance metrics (e.g., adoption rates, certification completion, partner satisfaction) to demonstrate the ROI of enablement initiatives.
