Texas Global Consulting is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our growing team in San Antonio.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and wants hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and professional development.

No previous experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You’ll Do

Interact with customers face-to-face in a professional setting
Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience
Support customer acquisition and sales goals
Build strong communication and relationship-building skills
Work alongside a team to achieve individual and team goals
Participate in ongoing training and development
