Job Summary
You will prep, cut, and package fresh meat to stock high-volume display cases on a part-time schedule. Your shift starts immediately on day one, keeping our display cases full for members. You will serve as Part Time, delivering the signature Reliable that sets Costco apart in the meat department.
Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Meat Cutting: Cut 300 pounds of beef daily using band saws.
- Sanitation: Sanitize work tables hourly with quaternary sanitizer solution.
- Packaging: Wrap 150 trays per hour using automated stretch wrappers.
- Inventory: Rotate stock daily maintaining strict FIFO inventory standards.
