DEI Advisor
Job Description:
- Conduct assessments
- Support Senior Advisors in conducting organizational assessments
- Deliver workshops and other engagements in response to assessment findings
- Support Senior Advisors in the development and implementation of organizational DEI strategies
- Support Senior Advisors in process-level analysis, recommendation, and strategic implementation on process change recommendations
- Support project planning to ensure that strategic recommendations are implemented smoothly
- Provide input on internal policy design and implementation for clients
- Manage engagements projects with increasing autonomy over time
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of experience in Learning, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and/or Human Resources
- 3+ Years of experience in DEI or a related field
- Experience with the design and management of employee development and DEI programs
- Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline essential, preferably with post-graduate qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years working extensively with qualitative and quantitative analysis, KPIs, dashboard metrics, executive reporting and/or analytics (for Analyst roles)
- Proven experience leading small to large scale projects and initiatives
- Proven experience working within highly collaborative teams
- Credible leader able to influence senior leaders without direct authority
