Director of Marketing

If you're looking to have ownership over marketing, build out the team, and help a company scale from $15M to $50M with all the operations already in place, this is the perfect role for you.

Stryker Digital is one of the fastest-growing home service marketing agencies in the world, scaling from $0 to a $15M/year run rate in under five years. We're looking to triple the business, and we're hiring a Director of Marketing to own our in-house paid acquisition machine.

We're looking for a marketing leader who has personally scaled ads for a call or webinar funnel and has managed six-figure monthly Meta spend. The right person will have experience writing creative copy for ads and own everything from first click to shown call. This role reports directly to the CEO and works daily with the Sales Director.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of Stryker's internal book-a-call, webinar, and future funnels — from first click to shown call, including landing pages, VSLs, lead forms, calendar flows, and follow-up.

  • Plan, launch, and manage all in-house Meta campaigns, controlling budgets, bids, audiences, placements, and account structure to hit target CPL, cost per booked call, and CAC.

  • Set the strategy, angles, and scripting for ads and VSLs, turning data and customer proof into high-performing creative and directing in-house and freelance creatives based on performance.

  • Run a weekly testing roadmap across hooks, creatives, audiences, offers, and funnel steps, documenting results into playbooks that make future scaling faster.

  • Set up and maintain tracking and attribution — pixel/CAPI, UTMs, offline events, and CRM integration — so every scaling decision is backed by clean data.

  • Partner weekly with the Sales Director on lead quality, show rate, and close rate, adjusting targeting and funnels based on real sales feedback.

  • Own daily and weekly reporting on spend, CPL, cost per booked call, show rate, and CAC, translating goals into spend targets and clear keep / kill / scale / fix-funnel decisions.

  • Document winning campaigns, creatives, and processes into SOPs so a future team can plug in and execute without a performance drop.

Results

  • 2–3x increase in qualified shown call volume at an improved CAC.

  • A documented weekly testing cadence across hooks, creatives, audiences, and funnels.

  • Clean, reliable tracking and attribution across every funnel.

  • Documented playbooks and SOPs ready for a future team to execute against.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Head of Marketing for a B2B business, ideally in the $10M–$50M range.

  • Internally managed $100k+/month in Meta ad spend.

  • Direct-response lead gen experience with call/webinar funnels.

  • Directly involved in ad and VSL scripting, not just running creative handed to them.

  • Data-driven, with experience setting up or improving tracking and attribution.

  • Background in local/home services lead gen (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, remodeling) preferred.

  • Experience using HubSpot.

Location: Remote

Hours: 9–5 EST

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 base + quarterly performance bonus

Benefits:

  • Monthly tax-free healthcare stipend for marketplace coverage

  • MacBook provided

Our Core Values

Competitive Greatness

We show up strongest when it matters most. We don't avoid hard things, we go straight at them. We do the hard stuff first: hard conversations, hard decisions, and uncomfortable work we've been putting off. We build confidence through action, not talk.

Sincere Candor

We believe feedback is a requirement to get better, not a personal attack. Candor is expected from day one, at every level, in every direction. We tell the truth, especially when it's uncomfortable.

Unimpeachable Character

We do the right thing when no one's watching. No shortcuts, no lies, no excuses. We take ownership, step in, and solve problems without finger-pointing.

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?
