Duties

Engage with clients remotely to understand their financial aspirations and current situations.
Assist in developing tailored financial plans that incorporate estate planning, investment management, and cash management strategies.
Educate clients on various financial services, including securities law,life insurance, wills, trusts, and estate law.
Support the preparation of financial analysis reports and research to inform client recommendations.
Promote financial products and services through consultative sales techniques to help clients build wealth and secure their futures.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Stay current on industry regulations, securities law updates, and new financial software tools to ensure compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of financial concepts such as investment management, portfolio management, and asset management is encouraged but not required.
Knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, tax experience, and securities law is highly desirable but not required.
Basic math skills with the ability to analyze financial data accurately.
Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients remotely.
Passion for learning about financial services, banking, accounting, and research methodologies.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong organizational skills.
