Provide compassionate care and support for individuals with mental health and behavioral health needs. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans. Monitor and document patient behaviors and progress towards treatment goals. Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and other team members to ensure a safe and supportive environment. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards, in the delivery of care. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in the mental health field. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards patients, promoting a therapeutic and non-judgmental environment.
