📸 About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to join the sales team of an artistic photography company with more than 20 years of experience in the United States.

The role will focus on contacting interested leads, starting conversations, following up, and converting opportunities into photography session bookings.

You will primarily work with warm leads provided by the company, so we are looking for someone who enjoys sales, has excellent communication skills, and can quickly build trust with potential clients.

This position has clear sales goals and a strong focus on calling, follow-up, and appointment setting.

🎯 What Will Your Mission Be?

Contribute to business growth by generating new sales opportunities through:

  • Contacting new potential clients.
  • Starting conversations and identifying interest.
  • Following up with leads who did not initially book.
  • Re-engaging previous prospects.
  • Qualifying opportunities.
  • Scheduling photography sessions with potential clients.

🚀 What Will You Do?

  • Contact warm leads provided by the company.
  • Make approximately 50–100 outbound calls per day.
  • Speak with potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Schedule appointments for photography sessions.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects who did not initially book.
  • Re-engage previous leads and generate new opportunities.
  • Learn and effectively use the company's sales scripts.
  • Properly record leads, calls, follow-ups, and activities in the CRM.
  • Use GoHighLevel and its features to manage the sales pipeline.
  • Participate in daily check-ins and team meetings via Zoom.
  • Complete daily activity and results reports.
  • Keep key performance indicators up to date.
  • Collaborate with the team on other administrative and sales-related tasks when necessary.

The role has clear and measurable goals. Key KPIs will include:

  • $50,000+ in new monthly sales.
  • 10–15 appointments booked per week.
  • Approximately 1,000 calls per month.
  • 20%+ closing rate on live calls.
  • Completion of administrative tasks and daily reports.
  • Consistency in following up with leads and opportunities.
