About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Graphic & Brand Designer to create and develop visual identities and communication materials for our clients, primarily SMEs and small businesses.

The role covers both brand identity creation and evolution, as well as the production of creative assets for digital platforms, social media, websites and print.

We are looking for someone who can quickly understand a company's positioning and translate it into a coherent, modern and professional visual identity, while effectively adapting it across multiple formats and channels.

Your Responsibilities

Branding & Visual Identity

  • Create complete visual identities tailored to each client's positioning and objectives.
  • Design or modernize logos and brand universes.
  • Define color palettes, typography, iconography and graphic principles.
  • Create clear and practical brand guidelines / visual identity guidelines.
  • Evolve existing brand identities while maintaining consistency.
  • Develop visual systems that can be easily adapted across different formats and channels.

Digital Design

  • Design visual assets for websites and landing pages.
  • Create banners, illustrations, icons and other digital graphic elements.
  • Produce creative assets for Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital acquisition channels.
  • Adapt designs to different formats and platform requirements.
  • Collaborate with Web Designers and Developers to ensure consistency between brand identity and digital interfaces.

Social Media Design

  • Create visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
  • Design reusable templates for social media content.
  • Create carousels, infographics, stories and other social media formats.
  • Collaborate with Social Media Managers and Content Creators to transform editorial concepts into effective visual content.
  • Ensure consistent visual identity across all social media channels.

Print & Marketing Materials

  • Design brochures, flyers, sales materials, presentations and other marketing assets.
  • Create business cards, posters, signage and event materials.
  • Prepare print-ready files in accordance with technical production requirements.
  • Adapt brand identities across both physical and digital materials.

Art Direction & Creativity

  • Develop creative concepts aligned with each client's objectives and positioning.
  • Create moodboards and define visual directions.
  • Proactively recommend improvements to existing brand identities and communication materials.
  • Stay up to date with trends in graphic design, branding and digital design.
  • Use AI tools when relevant to accelerate ideation and enhance the creative process.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Solid and demonstrable experience in graphic design and branding, ideally within an agency environment or working with multiple clients.
  • Branding: Excellent understanding of visual identity development, from logo design to complete brand systems.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Strong command of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Figma: Good working knowledge for digital design and collaboration.
  • Canva: Ability to create reusable templates that can easily be used by clients and Social Media teams.
  • Digital: Good understanding of design requirements for websites, social media and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Print: Good knowledge of print production requirements and file preparation.
  • Creativity: Ability to propose multiple creative directions and clearly explain design choices.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work across different industries and brand environments.
  • Organization: Excellent ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Personal Skills: Creative, rigorous, autonomous, detail-oriented and comfortable collaborating with other specialists.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing branding, visual identity, digital and print projects is required.
