About Us
We are a leading UK-based glass balustrade specialist dedicated to delivering premium architectural solutions. We are seeking an experienced, independent Freelance Project Coordinator to support our project pipeline from initial enquiry through to final handover.

Core Deliverables & Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Oversee projects from enquiry to handover, managing production schedules, suppliers, and installation windows.
Client & Partner Liaison: Function as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing professional estimates and accurate technical advice.
Supply Chain Management: Place orders accurately and liaise effectively with our manufacturing and supply chain partners.
Technical Preparation: Prepare clear visual drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Site & Field Support: Conduct occasional on-site surveys (travel expenses fully reimbursed) and coordinate with installation teams.

Requirements & Expertise

Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge of glass balustrade systems, fixing methods, UK building regulations (Part K/Part B), and glass specifications.
Organization: Outstanding communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Technical Drawing: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is highly desirable.
Setup: Must have your own reliable laptop, relevant design software, and phone.
