Job Description

Royal Maison is a premium Tadbeer Centre partner based in Dubai, UAE, specializing in the legal recruitment of domestic workers.

We are looking for experienced recruitment partners in the Philippines who can source quality housemaids and domestic workers for placement in the UAE.

This is a long-term opportunity for recruiters with an existing sourcing network.

Responsibilities

* Source qualified housemaids and domestic workers in the Philippines.

* Conduct initial screening of applicants.

* Ensure candidates are genuinely interested in working in the UAE.

* Coordinate with our team for interview scheduling.

* Assist candidates through the required POLO/DMW legal processing until deployment.

Requirements

* Experience recruiting domestic workers.

* Existing sourcing network in the Philippines.

* Good English communication.

* Reliable and responsive.

* Ability to source candidates consistently.

Commission

* AED 500 for each successful candidate who completes the recruitment process and arrives in the UAE.

* Long-term cooperation with unlimited earning potential.

* Continuous hiring requirements throughout the year.
