Front End Developer - Remote

Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance front-end features for a custom AI-driven analytics and insights platform.
  • Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
  • Create rich, interactive visualizations for large-scale datasets, including time-series and geospatial data.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive user experiences.
  • Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding solutions, while maintaining ownership of code quality and architecture.
  • Optimize application performance, usability, and scalability across browsers and devices.
  • Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience developing user-facing applications.
  • Strong experience with TypeScript and React.
  • Experience with Flutter.
  • Experience working with browser-based graphics technologies such as WebGL, WebGPU, Three.js, deck.gl, Canvas, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and user experience design.
  • Experience working with large time-series, geospatial, or analytical datasets.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining strong engineering practices and code ownership.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sports analytics, telemetry, event visualization, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting sailing, motorsports, cycling, rowing, running, or similar performance-driven environments.
  • Experience with geospatial rendering, mapping technologies, and GPS track visualization.
  • Experience building real-time visualization or gaming applications.

The base range for this position is $50.00 -$75.00 per hour, depending on experience; pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
