  • You take ownership of features throughout the entire lifecycle, from design and implementation to integration, deployment, and operational support;
  • You build and improve CI/CD, packaging, and release pipelines that ensure reliable software delivery across multiple platforms;
  • You collaborate closely with research, development, and operational teams to integrate new capabilities into production environments;
  • You design and implement tools that improve software validation, testing, monitoring, and feedback from end users;

  • You bring several years of experience in a software engineering, systems engineering, or software product development environment;
  • You are proficient in C/C++ development and have experience with Python or similar languages for tooling and automation;
  • You have hands-on experience with embedded systems, Linux-based environments, and software deployment in production settings;
  • You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines, software packaging, release management, and DevOps principles;
  • You apply a systems engineering mindset and can effectively balance software, hardware, and operational requirements;
  • You communicate fluently in English, work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners, and ideally bring knowledge of GNSS, high-precision positioning, Agile tooling, and AI-assisted software development.

What we offer

  • A diverse and inclusive working environment;
  • A gross monthly salary between €4400 and €5400, depending on your relevant experience. This amount falls within our salary range and offers opportunities for growth within the role;

  • Work-from-home allowance of EUR 2,35 net per day, where applicable;
  • Commuting allowance, with mileage reimbursement for car travel (10-30 km one-way) and an additional EUR 0,10 per km for employees who walk or cycle to work;
  • Modern pension scheme;
  • Discounts on supplementary health insurance packages through Fugro’s partner providers;
  • Free parking in our on-site parking garage, with ample parking facilities and electric vehicle charging stations available;
