SmartLegAI is looking for a Growth Co-Founder focused on Sales, Partnerships, and Market Expansion. This is not a traditional employee role. SmartLegAI is already a live legal AI platform, and product development is handled internally. What we need now is a growth partner who can help turn the platform into real revenue through law firm adoption, strategic partnerships, and market execution. What you will own: • Build and manage a sales pipeline for lawyers, solo attorneys, small law firms, legal consultants, and legal organizations• Identify and close partnership opportunities with law firms, legal academies, legal trainers, bar associations, legal communities, and regional partners• Help convert free trials, pilots, and interested lawyers into paying customers• Support go-to-market strategy for the U.S., MENA, and other legal markets• Speak with lawyers and legal professionals to understand their workflow, objections, and buying process• Help design practical KPIs for pilots, partnerships, and revenue growth• Bring market feedback back into the company so we can improve the product around real legal workflows• Build repeatable sales and partnership processes, not just one-off conversations Who this is for: This role is for someone who wants to join early as a real partner, not just do freelance marketing. You should understand B2B sales, partnerships, legal services, SaaS, legal tech, or professional-service markets. Legal industry experience is a strong plus, but not required if you can sell, build relationships, and execute. Compensation: There is no salary at this stage. Compensation will be structured through revenue share and/or equity based on clear KPIs, performance, and a formal written agreement. Equity is not automatic from day one. It is earned through measurable contribution such as closed customers, revenue, strategic partnerships, and market traction.
