GTM Engineer / RevOps Automation Specialist (100% Remote)

We are looking for a proactive GTM Engineer with 3+ years of experience to design, build, and scale our growth, sales, and marketing automation infrastructure from scratch. In this role, you will bridge the gap between RevOps, engineering, and growth—building event-driven workflows, AI-powered prospecting pipelines, and seamless data integrations to drive high-impact demand generation.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Automation & Orchestration: Build, optimize, and maintain complex event-driven logic and multi-step workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, and Clay, transitioning quick prototypes into robust team-wide solutions.
Enrichment & Intelligence Infrastructure: Design ICP segmentation, lead scoring models, and signal-to-action workflows that transform raw intent data into actionable sales intelligence.
Multi-Channel Prospecting Pipelines: Build end-to-end outbound infrastructure from scratch—including deliverability setups (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warmup, bounce handling), A/B testing, automated enrichment, and response-detection routing.
ABM & Paid Media Tech Stack: Connect audience targeting across platforms (LinkedIn, Google), manage suppression/match-rate workflows, and implement bidding and testing automations.
AI-Driven Demand Generation: Build technical infrastructure leveraging LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to optimize how content surfaces on AI search, while accelerating inbound speed-to-lead and routing.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Growth Engineering.
LLM Integration: Hands-on experience building workflows and automation leveraging modern LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
CRM Expertise: Deep familiarity with Salesforce (data model, object architecture, API integrations, and automation).
Technical & API Capabilities: Strong experience connecting systems via APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth), with a clear handling of rate limiting, error handling, and lightweight custom coding.
Automation Mastery: Proven track record with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Clay) combined with custom scripting/coding when needed.
Builder Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build systems from scratch (0 to 1), instrument data pipelines, ship rapid prototypes, and solve ambiguous technical problems independently.
Ownership & Communication: Strong owner mindset with the inclination to challenge assumptions, alongside C1-level fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Haves

Startup experience, particularly building foundational systems from scratch in a high-growth environment.
Experience with data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
Formal background in software engineering, data engineering, or a technical IC role.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
