Position Overview We are seeking a Data Analyst with experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources. This individual will support reporting, data analysis, and process improvements while working closely with business and IT teams.The role requires SQL development, EDI/file exchange experience, and strong data visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform data analysis and develop ad hoc reports.</li><li>Maintain existing reporting processes.</li><li>Gather business requirements, communicate expectations, and develop reports.</li><li>Develop SLA and performance metrics reports.</li><li>Investigate production issues and conduct follow-up analysis.</li><li>Document and implement process improvements.</li><li>Analyze data definitions, usage, labeling standards, and source system information.</li><li>Work independently and collaboratively in a rapidly changing environment.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience with:</li><li>Application development and/or project management.</li><li>Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and file exchange implementation.</li><li>SQL development and support.</li><li>Reporting and data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.</li><li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in the Medicare and Medicaid industries, particularly Claims and Encounters.</li><li>Experience working in Agile and matrixed environments.</li><li>Experience with automated data collection and reporting systems.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>
