Proxy Equipment is a nationwide heavy equipment marketplace. Our independent reps find owners with idle machines — dozers, excavators, trucks, trailers — get them photographed and listed, and earn a commission on every completed sale.

THIS IS A 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR ROLE. COMPENSATION IS 100% COMMISSION. There is no salary, no hourly pay, and no benefits. You set your own schedule and work your own territory.

How the money works (real numbers, not hype):

You initially earn 30% of the gross profit on every machine you bring in that sells (higher commission tiers available with proven performance)
A typical machine sale pays $1,000–$4,000 in commission; larger machines and multi-unit fleet deals pay more
Most deals close 30–60 days after the machine lists — plan for that ramp
Top performers who treat this as a full-time territory earn well into six figures a year; many reps earn far less or nothing. Output determines income.
