[Hiring] Creatio Developer @Spectrum One

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Creatio Developer to design, develop, and optimize our CRM and business process automation systems. In this role, you will leverage the Creatio low-code/no-code platform to build customized solutions that streamline our workflows, enhance customer relationships, and drive operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and customizing the Creatio platform.
  • Core Programming: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, and JavaScript.
  • Database Skills: Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server).
  • API & Integration: Proven experience integrating enterprise systems using RESTful web services, SOAP, and JSON/XML.
  • Architecture & Design: Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, software design patterns, and microservices architecture.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into elegant technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Platform Customization: Design, configure, and develop custom modules, pages, and objects within the Creatio platform (Studio, Sales, Service, or Marketing).
  • Business Process Automation: Create and optimize complex business processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) to automate workflows.
  • Integration Development: Design and implement secure integrations between Creatio and external third-party systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and OData.
  • Backend & Frontend Development: Write and maintain custom code using C# / .NET (for server-side logic) and JavaScript (for client-side UI enhancements).
  • Database Management: Write complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to manage, migrate, and structure data effectively within the platform (MS SQL / PostgreSQL).
  • Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot bugs, and manage the deployment of packages and updates across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Documentation & Support: Maintain clear technical documentation of configurations and code. Provide ongoing technical support and platform maintenance.

Benefits

  • High-Trust Environment: We hire adults. We don’t track keystrokes or enforce arbitrary hours. We care entirely about the quality of your output.
  • Deep Work: We minimize meetings to protect your focus time. We operate asynchronously by default so you can stay in the zone.
  • International Standards: You will work with top-tier international clients, building enterprise systems that scale, automate complex workflows, and handle massive datasets.
  • Real Strategic Influence: We expect engineers to drive technical decisions. You won't just be handed a spec sheet; you will have a direct hand in shaping the system architecture and the future of our product roadmap.
  • Autonomy by Default: We reject the traditional agency model of "churn and burn." We provide the context and the goal, then we trust you to execute.
  • A Culture of Excellence: You will be surrounded by high-performers who push you to be better. We believe in continuous evolution and provide the environment you need to do the best work of your career.
  • Top-of-Market Compensation: High base salary benchmarked against industry standards, plus annual performance-based bonuses.
  • Annual Summit: A fully-funded, company-wide team building to celebrate our wins.
  • Hardware & Gear: We provide the latest tech (MacBook Pro or equivalent) and other equipment to ensure your workspace is ergonomic and productive.
  • Professional Development Budget: We provide an annual budget for courses, certifications, books, and conferences. We want you to stay sharp.
  • Permanent Remote: Work from home or anywhere you are most productive.
  • Time Off & Wellness: Generous paid leave policy, full medical coverage (HMO), and mental health support for you and your dependents.

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
