IAM Project / Program Implementation Lead

Oversee the successful implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives within Bank of America. Lead and manage a team responsible for implementing IAM projects and programs. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for IAM initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of IAM projects. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to IAM implementation. Develop and implement best practices for IAM processes and procedures. Drive adoption of IAM best practices throughout the organization. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress and status of IAM initiatives to key stakeholders and leadership. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IAM. Manage relationships with vendors and external partners involved in IAM implementation. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in IAM technology to inform decision making and drive innovation within the organization.
