Implementation Project Manager, Spanish Required
Job Description:
- Manage a portfolio of 20–25 simultaneous standard-complexity projects with 4-week to 16-week implementation timelines
- Own and drive end-to-end execution of project plans for medium-to-high size/complexity Workiva-led engagements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal project teams
- Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and budgets
- Monitor and mitigate project-level risks and issues, escalating when necessary
- Help resolve customer escalations with leadership guidance as required
- Facilitate standard project change requests and manage expectations within defined scope
- Share best practices, lessons learned, and foundational knowledge across project teams or functional groups
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly required (Business level)
- SaaS industry experience preferred
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred/highly preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience independently managing stakeholders and resolving customer escalations
- Commercial acumen with experience in complex scope, budgets, and multi-party delivery models
- Ability to independently manage a fast-paced portfolio and full lifecycle of assigned projects
- Ability to earn the trust of key sponsors and stakeholders and resolve conflict at the project level
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot between project types, solution areas, and support needs
- Ability to apply implementation methodologies, such as Workiva methodology
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Jira
- Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Reliable internet access while working remotely and not in a Workiva office
