Responsibilities

Lead a team of Android and iOS engineers focused on inclusion, transparency, autonomy, and humility.
Own the usage of the mobile app landscape and improvement cycle to improve execution and quality of SDK releases.
Work intently with the Games Product group to build and execute the product roadmap for the SDK.
Collaborate with and build alignment across engineering teams in client, server, and productivity domains.
Broaden and expand the approach for managing the complexities of delivering a go‑platform mobile SDK with multiple interfaces.
Empower, task, and coach team members to grow their impact as technical leaders by providing context and continuous feedback.

Qualifications

Understanding of the API lifecycle for mobile SDKs and ability to advise on release processes.
Experience with software quality practices and ability to lead efforts to improve robustness and resilience.
Human‑centric leadership style centered on empathy and welcoming feedback.
