What You'll Do

As a Healthcare Licensed Agent, you will:

Support customers by phone and email with healthcare insurance questions.
Handle escalations with professionalism and accuracy.
Assist with billing, enrollment, and policy details.
Accurately document customer interactions.
Connect with dedicated leads provided to you.

What You Need:

Active Health Resident License valid through December 2025 (required)
NPN #- National Producer Number
Ability to pass a clear drug screening
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace

Your Home Setup Must Include:

Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps
Minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps
Stable ISP with no packet loss and ping under 30ms
