Position Overview

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the digital face of our partner brands, guiding customers through product inquiries, account issues, and basic troubleshooting—all via text. This role is 100% remote, offers flexible scheduling, and requires no prior experience. With a structured training program and ongoing coaching, you’ll quickly become a confident, high‑performing chat professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to live chat inquiries with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, policies, and account status.
  • Guide customers through step‑by‑step troubleshooting and resolve common issues.
  • Process requests (orders, returns, account changes) following established procedures.
  • Research solutions using arenaflex’s knowledge base and support documentation.

  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to specialized teams in a timely manner.
