Medical Equipment Sales Representative - Unlimited Earning Potential

CME Corp. is seeking a motivated sales professional to join our growing organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>As a Medical Equipment Sales Representative, you will manage and grow a defined book of business while developing new sales opportunities within the Eastern Pennsylvania<em> </em>territory. This role focuses on building relationships with large healthcare systems and key decision-makers and reports to the Regional Sales Manager.</p><p><br></p><p>This position requires regular, in-person customer visits and daily travel throughout the assigned territory, and therefore candidates must be able to reliably cover the Eastern Pennsylvania<em> </em>area.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and expand existing customer relationships while prospecting new business opportunities</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and revenue targets</li><li>Prepare bids, quotes, and customer proposals</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with manufacturer sales representatives</li><li>Identify and engage key decision-makers and buying influencers</li><li>Differentiate CME Corp. through value-based solutions beyond products and services</li><li>Maintain strong product knowledge and serve as a trusted resource to customers</li><li>Stay current on industry trends and market developments</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, or high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in account management, sales, or a related role</li><li>Acute care or healthcare sales experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM</li><li>Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory as business needs require</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><ul><li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Customer-centric and solution-focused</li><li>Competitive, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><p>This is a commission-based sales role with uncapped earning potential. Total compensation includes a base draw plus commissions based on individual performance. The Company reasonably expects to pay a<strong> base draw</strong> in the range of <strong>$90,000–$150,000</strong> annually. This range reflects the base draw only and does not include commissions or other incentive compensation. The draw is non-recoverable during the initial training period. After training, the draw may be reconciled against future earned commissions in accordance with the Company’s Sales Incentive Plan.</p><p><br></p><p>This range represents the company’s <strong>good-faith estimate</strong> of the base draw compensation that may be offered at the time of hire and is based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications, internal equity, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.</p><p><br></p><p>This position is <strong>commission-based</strong> and is eligible to participate in the company’s Sales Incentive Plan, with <strong>uncapped commission potential</strong>. Commissions are earned based on individual performance and sales results and are paid in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.</p><p><br></p><p>Commissions are earned upon satisfaction of the applicable earning criteria as defined in the company’s Sales Incentive Plan and, once earned, will be paid in accordance with applicable state law.
