Job Title Offshore Supply Specialist Reporting To Offshore Value Stream Manager Work Schedule Onsite – Blacksburg, VA Offshore Supply Specialist Moog Inc. Our team in Space & Defense is looking for an Offshore Supply Specialist to join them. You will report to the Value Stream Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Blacksburg, Virginia. To be considered for the Offshore Supply Specialist, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of coordinating experience or an associate’s degree and 5 years of coordinating experience.</li><li>Experience in Microsoft Excel and utilizing mathematical skills</li><li>Demonstrated attention to detail in task execution</li><li>Proven ability to analyze situations and solve problems efficiently</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization</li><li>Professional composure in challenging situations </li></ul>As An Offshore Supply Specialist, You Will <ul><li>Process requisitions to our international contract manufacturers. This process includes, but is not limited to, cost analysis, approval process, and purchase order generation. </li><li>Identify, prioritize, and communicate production requirements at the international sites to support operational needs in the Blacksburg facility.</li><li>Partner with international sites and Purchasing department to identify potential inventory shortages to prevent production gaps. </li><li>Serve as the communication channel between the Blacksburg site and the international sites.
