We're hiring an enthusiastic and dependable Online Chat Specialist to join our patient support team. Department: Customer Support & Patient Services
Location: Fully Remote
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

What You'll Do:

Respond to patient and client inquiries through our online chat platform
Provide basic information on services, scheduling, and general support
Direct complex or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team or department
Accurately log and document all chat interactions in our system
Follow company scripts, guidelines, and communication standards
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
Participate in onboarding training and ongoing coaching sessions

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED required
No prior experience required — entry level welcome
Strong written communication and basic grammar skills
Typing speed of 40+ WPM
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online tools
