This role is pivotal in driving strategic process improvements, mentoring Lean Six Sigma talent, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves leading complex projects, mentoring and training Black/Green Belts and Protective employees, and ensuring the successful implementation of Lean Six Sigma principles. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience.
