Part-Time Remote BCBA
Position: Part Time BCBA
Schedule: Remote and flexible
Current Hours: 5 hours per week
We are a startup ABA clinic based in Irvine, California, seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team during the early stages of building our practice.
This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who is interested in helping shape a growing ABA company while maintaining a highly flexible schedule. You do not need to reside in California. This position can be performed remotely.
Current Responsibilities:
While our clinic completes insurance enrollment and prepares to begin serving clients, the BCBA will first assist with:
- Clinical consultation and guidance
- Development of clinical documents, policies, and procedures
- Creating templates and resources for future client services
- Providing input on clinical workflows and ABA operations
- Helping ensure clinical documentation aligns with ABA standards and best practices
- Consulting with the ownership team as we prepare to begin services
Opportunity to Grow
Once we are enrolled with insurance companies and begin receiving clients, the BCBA will have the opportunity to transition into a larger clinical role.
At that time:
- The BCBA will receive a higher hourly rate for client related clinical work
- The BCBA can choose how many clients they would like to accept
- The BCBA can choose how many hours they would like to work based on availability
- The position will continue to offer scheduling flexibility
- Opportunities for additional responsibilities and growth will be available as the practice expands
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience providing ABA services
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and ABA best practices
- Comfortable providing consultation in a startup environment
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing ABA clinical documents, policies, or procedures is preferred

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
