Key Responsibilities
- Data Accuracy & Integrity: Enter, verify, and maintain customer and prescription data in arenaflex’s secure systems with a focus on zero‑error tolerance.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Workforce Management (WFM) team, Quality Assurance, Learning & Development, and Marketing to align data initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, propose automation solutions, and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all data handling follows HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, and internal compliance policies, especially for pharmacy‑related transactions.
- Customer Interaction: Provide courteous, empathetic support to customers via phone, email, or chat when clarification of data is required.
- Training & Mentorship: Lead short training sessions for new hires and share best practices with peers to elevate team performance.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate weekly and monthly data quality reports, highlighting trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a multi‑channel contact center, customer service, or pharmacy/health‑care administration environment.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast‑paced, goal‑oriented settings and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Strong instructional and coaching skills, capable of influencing both front‑line agents and senior leadership.
- Residency within 100 miles of Pittsburgh, PA (remote work hub).
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience (e.g., 5+ years of industry experience in lieu of a degree).
