Part-Time Virtual Child and Family Psychologist
<p><strong>About Us:</strong></p><p><span>Growing Together Child and Family Therapy is a dynamic mental health practice located in Colorado, dedicated to serving children and families facing challenges related to behavior, anxiety, depression, and trauma. We specialize in supporting kids with “big feelings and big behaviors” including trauma-based interventions as well as specialized approaches that support neurodiverse populations including 2E, ADHD, Autism, PDA, anxiety, and OCD. Our approach emphasizes cultural humility, values-based family practices, and a neuroaffirming care lens. We primarily work with children aged 12 and under, with opportunities to engage with adolescents.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychologist to join our team. This role is part-time with options for a full-time schedule, providing flexible opportunities for delivering high-quality mental health services through telehealth platforms, with the option for in-home work. Options for therapy, assessment, or a combination of services. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including PCIT, CBT, ACT, DBT, Parent Management Training, ERP, SPACE, and/or emotion coaching interventions that celebrate individual differences, adapt to varying cognitive styles, and empower families to navigate challenges in ways that honor each child's strengths.</span></li><li><span>Engage with children and families to develop treatment plans that address individual needs and goals, recognizing family values and cultural context.</span></li><li><span>Maintain a focus on cultural humility, values-based practices, and the principles of neuroaffirming care in all client interactions.</span></li><li><span>Participate in 2 monthly meetings to foster professional growth and collaboration.</span></li><li><span>Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with practice standards.</span></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Competitive pay structure, ranging from $123-132 pay per clinical hour and $82-88 pay per administrative hour.</span></li><li><span>Opportunities for specialization and professional development.</span></li><li><span>Flexible scheduling with a minimum requirement of 8 sessions per week after the onboarding period.</span></li><li><span>3% retirement match option.</span></li><li><span>CEU allowance of $500 after 6-months of employment</span></li><li><span>Enrollment in state-sponsored FAMLI leave and sick pay benefits</span></li><li><span>Compensation for meetings and recruitment activities</span></li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><span>A valid license to practice mental health in Colorado (PSYPACT accepted) or working towards licensure in CO.</span></li><li><span>A PhD or PsyD in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling).</span></li><li><span>Experience working with children and families is preferred.</span></li></ul><p><strong>Application Process:</strong></p><p><span>To apply, please submit your resume or CV along with a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and interest in the position to Amanda N’zi at amanda@growingtogethertherapy.com.</span></p><p><span>Join us at Growing Together Child and Family Therapy, where we believe in the power of compassionate care, the importance of supporting families as they grow together, and the value of embracing neurodiversity.
