Production Supervisor – Lamination
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor – Lamination to lead our lamination team and ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time production goals are met. This position is responsible for coordinating daily workflow, developing employees, addressing performance and quality concerns, and supporting continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and hold team members accountable for safety, quality, efficiency, and production goals.
- Assign daily work based on production schedules and priorities.
- Train and onboard new employees.
- Monitor employee performance and address quality or performance issues promptly.
- Ensure laminates are produced to quality standards with minimal defects.
- Ensure molds and equipment are properly maintained and handled.
- Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements.
- Work with Engineering and Product Development to improve processes and resolve issues.
- Provide regular feedback and communicate performance concerns to HR.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
- 5+ years of lamination experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to hold employees accountable and handle difficult conversations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
