Program Manager, Quick Commerce Startup Launch

Description Application deadline: Sep 8, 2026 We're looking for a Startup Launch Program Manager to drive the end-to-end launch of dark store facilities for our Quick Commerce business. You'll own the critical path from construction handoff through first delivery—coordinating across real estate, construction, operations, supply chain, and technology to bring new sites to life on time and at quality. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly translates to market expansion and revenue growth. What You'll Do <ul><li>Own the full launch lifecycle for new dark store sites, from site readiness through operational go-live</li><li>Drive cross-functional coordination across construction, operations, supply chain, and technology teams during the startup phase</li><li>Manage critical path milestones including permitting, vendor mobilization, equipment installation, and operational readiness</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks that threaten launch timelines or site readiness</li><li>Develop and refine launch playbooks and scalable processes to support accelerating launch cadence</li><li>Execute against the launch sequencing and market-entry plans defined by leadership</li><li>Report launch progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership </li></ul>Basic Qualifications <ul><li> 3+ years of program or project management experience</li><li> 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience</li><li> Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL</li><li> Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements</li><li> Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li> 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience</li><li> 3+ years of driving process improvements experience</li><li> Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization</li><li> Experience building processes, project management, and schedules </li></ul>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
