Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.<br/><br/><b>The Impact You'll Make in this Role</b><br/><br/>The Project Manager serves as the operational lead for assigned Solve Studio projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on scope and with exceptional quality. Working in close partnership with Account Managers, Creative Leaders and production partners the Project Manager creates structure, visibility, and accountability across project teams. <br/><br/>This role transforms approved briefs into executable plans, manages timelines and dependencies, coordinates resources and approvals, and proactively identifies risks before they impact delivery. The Project Manager enables creatives and account leaders to focus on high-value strategic and creative work by ensuring the delivery system is organized, transparent, and consistently managed. <br/><br/><b>Key responsibilities</b><br/><br/><b>Project Planning and Orchestration</b> <br/><br/><ul><li>Convert approved briefs into detailed project plans, timelines and workback schedules.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Coordinate project kickoffs and align on timing, deliverables, and review expectations.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Ensure project plans are realistic, visible, and clearly understood by all contributors.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Coordinate creative reviews and track feedback, decisions, scope implications and next steps.</li></ul><br/><br/><b>Project Delivery</b> <br/><br/><ul><li>Manage timelines, milestones, tasks, dependencies, and day-to-day delivery activity.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Track project health and maintain timely, accurate status updates.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Identify risks early and escalate with clear options or recommendations.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure work continues moving through the process.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Identify competing priorities and potential conflicts early.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Provide clear, transparent project status updates to Account Leaders, Creative Leaders, and project teams.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Maintain accountability for project execution from intake through final delivery and archival handoff.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Support Account Leaders in maintaining a responsive and seamless client experience.</li></ul><br/><br/><b>Workflow and Process Excellence</b> <br/><br/><ul><li>Ensure adherence to Solve Studio operating procedures, workflow standards and documentation expectations.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Maintain Workfront project integrity, including assignments, timelines, task updates and status visibility.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Monitor project complexity and workload impacts to support prioritization and resourcing decisions.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Collaborate with Studio Operations and technology teams to integrate AI-driven tools into project workflows</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing best practices</li></ul><br/><br/><b>Your Skills and Expertise</b><br/><br/>To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:<br/><br/><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher and 5 years of experience in project management within creative services, marketing operations, or agency environments</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Organized operator, proactive risk manager, clear communicator, workflow driver, and trusted delivery partner.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; familiarity with creative workflows</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Interest in AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies</li></ul><br/><br/><b>Work Location: Remote</b><br/><br/><b>Travel :May include up to 10% domestic travel. </b><br/><br/><b>Relocation Assistance Not Authorized </b><br/><br/><b>Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.</b><br/><br/><b>Supporting Your Well-being</b><br/><br/>Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life, both physically and financially.
