Job Description:

  • Support recruiting, increase retention, and drive productivity through the implementation of powerful and purposeful systems
  • Serve as an ambassador for KW and the Region to the Market Centers (MCs) and associates
  • Support the launch of Market Centers in the Region by creating and refining powerful systems for training MC leadership on MC processes and procedures
  • Prepare Regional budgets and manage expenses

  • Responsibilities

  • Provides support to MCAs/MCs with financials and system resources
  • Conducts MCA and Masterminds meetings, and coordinates trainings
  • Implements and maintains KW systems to track Regional numbers and reports
  • Assists Region to develop annual goals and budgets for the Region and MCs
  • Conducts Monthly MCA one-on-one coaching and consulting calls
  • Develops and implements onboarding system for new MCAs
  • Reviews financials of MCs and ensures that reconciliation is completed monthly
  • Trending reports – tracks key numbers
  • Monitors and supports launching MCs in setup and utilization of KW systems
  • Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • A minimum of two (2) years of previous MCA experience
  • Preferred Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
