The ideal candidate isn’t just a great paralegal; they are an "AI power-user" who is highly proficient in using Copilot to streamline repetitive procedural tasks while maintaining strict ethical and confidentiality standards.Key Responsibilities:AI-Assisted Drafting & Formatting: Use Microsoft Copilot in Word to generate "structural shells" for legal documents, motions, and correspondence. Refine and edit generated text to ensure it adheres to local rules and firm formatting standards.Case Law & Document Summarization: Utilize Copilot Notebooks and Chat to synthesize multiple legal filings, emails, and depositions.
