In this role, you will be the guardian of patient data, ensuring that every piece of information is captured accurately, securely, and in full compliance with HIPAA regulations. Your work will directly support our Release of Information (ROI) processes and enable our partners to deliver high‑quality care to patients worldwide. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update patient data in brighthush’s internal systems and client-facing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms. Navigate multiple EMR systems to retrieve, validate, and process patient health information (PHI) while maintaining data integrity. Ensure data accuracy and consistency, meeting or exceeding productivity benchmarks set by the team. Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and brighthush’s privacy policies at all times. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance service quality. Provide courteous, timely, and professional communication with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed. Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes. Document all data entry activities in a clear, organized manner to support audit trails and compliance reporting. Essential Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent time‑management skills, consistently meeting task deadlines and productivity targets. Demonstrated ability to learn new programs and processes quickly.
