[Remote] Databricks Resident Solution Architect-remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Confidential is seeking an experienced Databricks Resident Solution Architect to support enterprise-scale data platform initiatives. The role focuses on designing and delivering Databricks solutions, leading end-to-end implementations, and providing client-facing consulting across cloud, data engineering, analytics, and modern data warehousing environments.


Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver enterprise-scale data platforms and Databricks solutions

Skills

  • 12–15+ years in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Data Analytics, and Modern Data Warehousing
  • 10+ years of consulting/client-facing delivery experience
  • 6–8+ successful Databricks implementations as Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect
  • Advanced Databricks certification
  • Strong cloud architecture experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
  • Advanced Apache Spark expertise, including performance tuning and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, Structured Streaming, ETL/ELT
  • Strong knowledge of Unity Catalog, Workflows, MLflow, Delta Live Tables (DLT) and Lakehouse architecture
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins
  • Working knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, lifecycle management, and monitoring
  • Strong troubleshooting, architecture, scalability, performance, and cost-optimization skills
  • US Citizen
  • Preferably Databricks Data Engineering Professional
  • Databricks Solutions Architect Champion experience
  • Public Sector experience
  • Security Clearance
  • Public Sector experience
