, you will be the first point of contact for callers seeking guidance about home hospice, home health, home infusion services, and other medical provider networks across the United States. Your voice will set the tone for a supportive experience, gathering critical information and ensuring that clinicians receive accurate, concise details to deliver the best possible care. Position Overview

This is a full‑time, remote position that begins with a two‑week paid orientation and training program held at our state‑of‑the‑art training center in Gilbert. After successful completion of training, you will transition to a work‑from‑home environment, handling inbound calls Monday through Friday, with required evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. The role offers a competitive starting wage of $18.00 per hour, with rapid earning potential and clear pathways for internal promotion.

Key Responsibilities

    Answer inbound calls

    from patients, family members, and caregivers seeking assistance with home‑based medical services.

      Gather essential information

      such as patient identifiers, service type, urgency level, and specific concerns, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

        Relay collected details

        to the appropriate clinician or medical team using careerzynith’s secure communication platform.

          Provide clear, compassionate guidance

          on next steps, appointment scheduling, and resource availability.

            Navigate emotionally charged conversations

            with professionalism, de‑escalating tension while extracting the necessary information.

              Document call outcomes

              in the electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to HIPAA and careerzynith’s privacy standards.

                Maintain a high level of productivity

                during peak call volumes while delivering consistent quality service.

                  Participate in ongoing training

                  sessions, performance reviews, and quality assurance initiatives to continuously improve skill sets.

                    Identify opportunities for process improvement

                    and share feedback with supervisors and the operations team.

                    Essential Qualifications

                    • Must be at least

                    and legally authorized to work in the United States.
