Job Title: Remote HCC Medical CoderWork Location: RemoteContract Length: Sept. 16th - Jan. 15thShift: Flexible 40-hour work weekPay: $20-$22/hour Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesInsight Global is seeking experienced HCC Risk Adjustment Medical Coders for a high-volume seasonal project supporting Medicare risk adjustment initiatives. Responsible for coding 2 Charts per hour.<ul><li>Perform accurate HCC risk adjustment coding for Medicare populations</li><li>Review and code medical records in accordance with ICD and risk adjustment guidelines (2 charts per hour)</li><li>Meet established quality standards and productivity metrics</li></ul> Must Haves:-Medicare HCC experience is required-ICD 10 experience-2 years experience as a risk adjustment coder-CCS certified(AHIMA) or CPC certified (AAPC) Plusses:<ul><li>Exposure to Medicaid HCC Coding</li></ul> Benefits packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
