Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Healthcare Recruiters specializing in clinical and allied healthcare placements to join our network.

You will work on active, high-priority roles across specialties including MRI Technologists, Nuclear Medicine Technologists, Family Nurse Practitioners, Physical Therapists, and X-Ray / Medical Radiology Technologists, Speech Language Pathologists

This is a pure performance-based opportunity designed for experienced recruiters who want to earn $6K-10k per successful placement, with no earning limits.

Responsibilities

Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals through outbound outreach
Recruit candidates for roles including MRI Technologists, Nuclear Medicine Technologists, Family Nurse Practitioners, Physical Therapists, and X-Ray Technologists, Speech Language Pathologists
Conduct initial screening and qualification calls
Submit qualified, interview-ready candidates
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Coordinate with the client on candidate feedback and next steps
Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates through the placement process

Skills

Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals, particularly clinical or allied health talent
Experience sourcing hard-to-find healthcare candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and outbound outreach
Strong candidate screening and qualification skills
Ability to independently manage candidates from initial outreach through placement
Self-driven and comfortable working in a commission-only structure
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up discipline
Existing healthcare candidate network is a strong advantage
