Are you motivated, and ready to build a real career in tech sales? Industry Software is looking for a Remote Inside Sales representative based in Texas to join our growing team.

Industry Software is a fast-growing enterprise software company that provides ERP, MES, CRM, supply chain, and asset management solutions to manufacturers, distributors, oil & gas operators, and other industrial businesses. We also work heavily in oil and gas production software and oil and gas accounting software — helping upstream operators manage everything from wellhead to financials on one platform. Our software helps businesses transform their operations — and we need someone to help us reach more of them.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'll be one of the first sales hires in Texas, which means fast growth, real responsibility, and a direct path to a full sales role.

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls and emails to warm and qualified prospective customers (manufacturers, distributors, contractors, oil & gas operators and producers)
Reach out to oil & gas companies about our production management and accounting software solutions
Introduce Industry Software's platform and book product demos for the sales team
Research and identify potential customers in target industries
Track all activity in our CRM system
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships
Hit weekly and monthly appointment targets

What We Offer

Starting pay: $14–$17/hr + high commission on every booked demo that converts — starting rate based on experience, with the top of the range available to candidates with sales experience or bilingual skills
Rapid pay increases based on performance — top performers can expect hourly rate increases within 90 days, not years

Total expected earnings (OTE): $40,000–$60,000+/year depending on performance

What We're Looking For

Based in Texas (required)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Strong communication skills — you're comfortable talking to business owners and decision-makers on the phone
Self-motivated and goal-driven — you don't need someone standing over your shoulder
Prior experience in sales, customer service, call centers, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but not required — we value attitude over experience
Interest in technology, manufacturing, or industrial business is a bonus
