Job Description Own and scale our reputed company U.S. business end to end-from assortment readiness and content excellence to retail media and operations-delivering profitable Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth while establishing repeatable playbooks for further marketplace expansion. Scope & Responsibilities - Own revenue growth and manage day-to-day operations across reputed company (and reputed company). - Optimize product listings for SEO, conversion, and compliance with each marketplace's best practices. - Coordinate new product launches, pricing strategies, and promotions - SEA and Social Media Experience - Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, and develop action plans that improve conversion rates, buy box performance, and ad effectiveness. - Collaborate with internal teams (catalog, logistics, customer service, and marketing) to maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and product content. - Ensure marketplace compliance by monitoring platform policies, minimizing order defect rates, and proactively resolving issues. - Report regularly on revenue progress, advertising results, and operational KPIs to senior management We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
