Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Conduct safety sweeps, follow procedures for handling hazardous materials, and report any unsafe situations to management to ensure a secure shopping environment for our members.
  • Deliver Exceptional Member Service: Acknowledge and assist members with their purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote company products to create a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Process Transactions Efficiently: Operate front-end equipment, including cash registers and mobile retail applications, to process purchases, handle payments, and manage transactions at registers or self-checkout areas.
  • Comply with Company Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy to ensure a culture of compliance and integrity.
